Our atrium sessions ended with the beautiful celebration of Pentecost - appropriately so since in the liturgical year the Easter Season ends with this holy feast. Families were invited to join their child's session, and many were moved to witness the infectious joy of the children in the celebration. There was much singing and exclamations of praise. One child was so eager to receive his gift of the Holy Spirit that he sprang forward to the prayer table before the catechist finished extending the invitation - he was already certain he wanted the gift of strength! It was inspiring to behold. The children were delighted to share their special place at the atrium with their loved ones.

A reminder that our atrium serves the entire valley, and all children are welcome to attend. Please keep this in mind as you make plans for the next school year! Also, share the good news of our atrium with others who may be interested in having their children join us. Scheduling will be taking place soon! A registration link will be sent soon for those who are not enrolled at DMA.

Please pray for our catechists who are going on to receive Level II formation! Eight of us from St. Anne’s Atrium are travelling to various locations across the country to obtain training this summer and fall.

The Foundation for the Diocese of Helena, who have so generously supported the development and growth of CGS in our valley and across the diocese, have written an informative article about this program and how it benefits children, families, parishes, and communities. Our atrium is featured, and many anecdotes from the children are included.

Volunteers are needed in next year’s Level I and Level II atria! Below are training opportunities available locally. NOTE: You do not have to complete a training course in order to work in the atrium!
