New Family Enrollment Process

  1. Complete Inquiry Form
Prospective families are to complete the inquiry form below. After review, someone will contact you to schedule a school tour and meeting. If you have any questions please contact us at office@dmamt.org or 406-388-7588.

  2. Meet with a School Representative
Families interested in applying will meet with an admissions representative. This meeting will help you learn more about the mission and academic program at Divine Mercy Academy. It will also help us learn about your family and what you are looking for in a school.

  3. Application

After you have met with a school representative you will follow the Online Application Link to our FACTS student information system where you will create an account and complete an application for each new student. After submission, you will receive an admissions determination letter.

  4. Online Registration
If accepted, you will be provided with the information you need to register online.

Payment Plan Setup and optional Tuition Reduction Requests
DMA uses FACTS for all tuition payment plans. Families have the option to apply for tuition reduction. Reduction application and payment plan setup take place around February of each year. The earlier a family completes the FACTS process, the sooner they will receive their tuition amount. Completing FACTS in April can result in a tuition determination in August. We encourage families to complete the process before the end of March. A student is enrolled when registration is submitted and a payment plan is complete. Ace Scholarship Application
We require all families who pursue tuition reduction to also complete the ACE scholarship application. ACE applications are integrated into FACTS and are currently open for the 2024-2025 academic year until 4/15/24.

Placement Assessments
Incoming students may be required to take placement tests to see what grade best suits their needs.
